Chosen With Intention

One of my favorite things about gathering in Circle is the opportunity to weave intention into even the smallest details. Today’s Circle is no exception.
As I prepared for our gathering, I knew I wanted everyone to leave with something tangible—something they could hold in their hand and take home as a reminder of the energy, wisdom, and connection shared today. That’s why each bag of stones was chosen with purpose.
Today’s focus is the Center Gateway—the Heart.
The heart is where we find compassion, connection, forgiveness, love, and the courage to show up as our authentic selves. It is the bridge between our physical and spiritual experiences. When we live from the heart, life feels different. We soften. We trust. We connect.
The first stone I chose was Peridot. Small though mighty, Peridot reminds us that transformation doesn’t have to come from grand gestures. Sometimes the smallest shifts create the biggest change. Just like the heart, it gently opens us to growth, healing, and new possibilities.
The second stone is Rutilated Smoky Quartz. This beautiful stone carries a reminder that there is an innate intelligence within each of us. So often we search outside ourselves for answers, guidance, and validation, forgetting that our bodies, our hearts, and our souls already hold so much wisdom. Rutilated Smoky Quartz encourages us to recognize the life force moving through us and trust what we already know deep within.
The final stone is Tiger’s Iron. Strong, grounded, and empowering, it reminds us that true strength isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about finding balance. It’s about standing firmly rooted while still allowing ourselves to grow, evolve, and move forward. Tiger’s Iron carries the energy of courage, confidence, and stability.
Together, these stones create a beautiful reminder of today’s journey.
Open your heart.
Trust your inner wisdom.
Stand in your power.
May these stones serve as a reminder that everything you need is already within you.
